Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Essex

Stopped in for lunch with my husband. The restaurant was very clean and service was fantastic. The food is very good and seasoned properly. We will definitely be coming back to try more menu items.

I wouldn't even give it one star , first and last time we would go , my salad had yellow leafs like it's pretty old spring mix and the manager didn't care at all and I took pictures of it , my son's food wasn't done right I don't recommend It to anybody and will never go back there ever . Soooo unprofessional

Just had a terrible experience at this crabby joes. My chicken dinner was grossly undercooked. Then got offered dessert to make up for it and told the server to make sure it had no nuts. Very allergic. Took a bite and it was filled with pecans. Server was like sorry I 'll take it off your bill. Like what? Thought the dessert was to make up for the raw chicken disaster. Whatever. So mad. Manager didn 't even come to the table. Hate when restaurants act like it 's not a big deal. Drove to this place from Windsor. Won 't ever go back.

I stole some friends here for a few drinks. Hours advertised until midnight. Was 11:15 and no service. Asked the bartender and she didn't care. I wouldn't recommend this place. Service: Dine in

Fantastic experience. They visited Sat night, there was obviously a bit of a line up. The manager/owner welcomed the cartridges and engaged with them. The food was delicious, the servers were very friendly and the service was fast. Absolutely loved, I hope to visit friends again. Food: 5 Service: 5 atmosphere: 5.
