Beautiful restaurant with helpful, friendly and funny staff! the terrace was cozy and lovable and eating was amazing! so many different options and the taste was impressive. the desserts were also a fave! I will take my friends here a lot for our lunches!

Very disappointed by service today. we went to get smoothies (more than 45 minutes before closing and the 2 front staff gave us rude and gave many commentary about how it was near the closing time (yes, it was over 45 minutes we wanted only 2 smoothies and they said it would last over 30 minutes. the restaurant was not even busy at this time. I know how it is to work in a restaurant and the people coming near the closing time, but that is ridiculous. Of course we did not get our smoothies because the staff was rude. also at previous visits we met with rude employees. Unfortunately, they have only lost 5 customers who have been here for years. Carrots and dates now have 100% of our company because their service is amazing and their eating is delicious. note: healthy mamas smoothies now cost over $10 for a tiny part (the crazy is*!) like per owner answer: it was not the time we had waited for the smoothies. it was the rude staff that influenced our decision to go.

The waitress ignored my daughter and I spent an hour, she was on the phone all the time. there was only another occupied table at the time, after an hour she told us that our order did not go through the system and she needed our order again. I was shocked. she offered us free dessert. we go up to get that dessert, and she says from the lower row only...a $3 chocolate ball. not the $7 desserts. what a complete insult! I put this complaining here because I know management doesn't see it differently.

I recently visited this restaurant with a lot of joy and was very disappointed. the location is great and the decoration and seating are top notch. our ordered foods and drinks were: ultimate beyond burger, melty mushroom panini, suppe of the day, walkerville crafts wine and oxley red wine the food was terrible and tasted badly prepared unfrozen meal. the wee was of the same bad quality. my friend, who is not a vegan, commented how they can be a vegan when vegan foods taste so. the only positive was that she sold some good vegan cheese and vegan butter. how can they sell and survive sell bad quality awefull foof!!!

Tried for the first time today, sooo good! We will be back! Delicious!
