I occasionally by baked goods from Esquimalt Bake Shop. I like the mom & pop personal service feeling from buying from a small supplier. The Country Grocer supermarket in the Esquimalt Plaza also sells baked products, but it feels like a larger corporate machine. The prices at the bake shop maybe a little higher, but the personal quality feels higher too. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Esquimalt Bake shop:
This small bakery seems to have a steady flow of regular customers. You have a good selection of confectionery, but a limited selection of breads or buns. You also have some meat cakes for lunch. I ordered some bird nest cookies, a chocolate chip cookie and a shortbread cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was very sweet and crumbling. It was a little too sweet for my pleasure.
