This place used to be a local small restaurant serving excellent fish. Now it is bigger and more modern, but the quality of the fish remains excellent. This time I had “dourada” and “perca”, both were of very good quality and prepared in a simple fashion with salt, that’s it, you do not need more. View all feedback.

Nothing fancy, just extremely fresh fish carefully cooked over the coals. Mainly locals for Saturday lunch today (despite this site saying it's closed Saturdays). Mackerel with vegetables and potatoes six euros for an ample portion, salad platter (not plate) an extra couple of euros and excellent as well. Not fine dining, but a perfect simple fish lunch.

This is where all the locals go to eat. Freshly caught fish is grilled to perfection. The cod I have was perfectly cooked and flaky. Great atmosphere and nice area close to the beach where the fishermen catch their fish daily. As usual prices are very reasonable. Would definitely go again!
Como sempre as refeições são bem caseiras e gostosas, com preços muito bons. Pedimos lulas e entrecosto que estavam ótimos. Vale a pena visitar a feira de espinho e fazer parada obrigatória no Américo.
