First they have two types of Cuts 1) USDA Prime Cut an... read more I am a guest at the Intercontinental Hotel Multiplaza in Escazu and wanted to try a Steak at the Factory. First they have two types of Cuts 1) USDA Prime Cut and 2) Midwest cut. After asking questions to the waiter I ordered a 48 NY strip USDA Prime. The steak was very undercooked , full of fat in which I only eat half of the steak and it was not the quality they bragged about. After I complain to the manager he brings the cook so I could complain to him for the poor quality of the steak , totally unnecessary ! Then the poor waiter took away one beer from the tab because he felt extremely embarrassed. I would never go again to this terrible restaurant because I felt they took me for a fool.
