Was Anonym at Factory a mag?
Fairly new mall with regular stores you find in other malls. Would have given stars but was disappointed to find no boutique stores or small businesses and only the typical big box stores. But it does have many things to do within the mall such as arcades, bowling, and interesting dining options. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Factory:
It's a good mall for basic needs. It has a good environment, the elevator is pretty nice with a nature view to some plants and a small kind of lake. The floor, which is the food area, is a bit messy, chairs and tables are not comfortable enough to enjoy food as you'd like to do, but it's okay. Andrés' service was spectacular.
The food and service at this restaurant are fantastic. Although the door to the patio was accidentally left open, resulting in a few flies entering the dining area, we were able to close the door and the situation improved.
Although not a budget-friendly option, this restaurant is worth the higher price. The food is delicious, high quality, and the service is very friendly and attentive.
Food was great. The only downside was that they gave us the 1st table right next to the entrance, hence the wind coming in made our food to be colder in a faster phase.

Delicious meat and salmon options, gentle service by Marlon y William. I do recommend to take a dinner when you are around Escazú.
I am a guest at the Intercontinental Hotel Multiplaza in Escazu and wanted to try a Steak at the Factory. First they have two types of Cuts 1) USDA Prime Cut and 2) Midwest cut. After asking questions to the waiter I ordered a 48 NY strip USDA Prime. The steak was very undercooked , full of fat in which I only eat half of the steak and it was not the quality they bragged about. After I complain to the manager he brings the cook so I could complain to him for the poor quality of the steak , totally unnecessary ! Then the poor waiter took away one beer from the tab because he felt extremely embarrassed. I would never go again to this terrible restaurant because I felt they took me for a fool. I went with my +1 and we tried , Octopus, Ribeye, and burger. The king should have been the ribeye but it was too fatty and weird. Pity don't have any pictures except the bill. For a good Ribeye I'd recommend other options such as Doris Metropolitan or Dónde Carlos.
I have eaten twice here while staying at the Intercontinental. One time I ordered a ribeye and the second a tenderloin steak. In both cases, meat was not tender, portions were small and in the case of the steak, it was burned. I ordered a provolone which never arrived. Not recommended at all.
The lobster bisque soup was an apocalyptic catastrophe. The undauting, pungent and fishy smell of the soup was a true surprise to an originally pleasant dinner. When I called the waiter Andrés to send the soup back to the kitchen, instead of inquiring me in great detail about what went wrong with the soup, he talked in an annoying fashion and suggested changing it to French Onion soup which also turned out to be a great disaster : . When I expressed my opinion again, he simply brushed it off by saying “if you don’t like it, you don’t eat it.” unapologetically. I’ve never seen such service in my life. The side salad avocado tomato salad also presents itself in a weird style with blobby avocado all crushed together. After the main course is served, Andrés came again and said “you don’t happen to dislike the main course too do you? “ wow. Just. wow. With this service i won’t ever come back again.

The food and service are excellent. The door to the terrace was left open and there were a few flies, but we closed the door and it was better.
Great service and ambiance! Only negative was that the food was tasteless. I had the shrimp and it was rubbery without any taste. We enjoyed the evening because I the service was so good
Not an affordable place... is expensive....but great food, good quality and very friendly and nice service!
The food was great. The only drawback was that they gave us the first. Table right next to the entrance gave so that the incoming wind colded our food in a faster phase.
