Instead of being seated inside or in a standard garden, you eat outdoors in the castle’s inner courtyard. Being tucked behind the historic walls while still under the open sky creates a brilliant atmosphere that feels both exclusive and magical. ​The culinary execution is exceptional, with the food and drinks complementing each other perfectly. I especially appreciated their focus on local ingredients. They even incorporate floral elements into the experience—using specific flowers to accompany cocktails, for example—which adds unique aromas that elevate both the drink and the dish to another level. It is a masterful display of how thoughtful details can make a meal feel like a complete, sensory journey.

It is truly remarkable to see and taste how the quality of the food, the creativity of the menu, and the attentiveness of the service are consistently maintained at the highest level. The current “Winds of Mallorca” menu is exceptionally well-conceived and wonderfully flavorful. Many thanks to the entire Sa Clastra team for making every visit such a pleasure.
