It is truly remarkable to see and taste how the quality of the food, the creativity of the menu, and the attentiveness of the service are consistently maintained at the highest level. The current “Winds of Mallorca” menu is exceptionally well-conceived and wonderfully flavorful. Many thanks to the entire Sa Clastra team for making every visit such a pleasure.

The way regional ingredients are combined with such bold and imaginative ideas is truly remarkable, resulting in creations that constantly surprise and delight. The current menu, “The Winds of Mallorca,” is especially outstanding. In fact, I’ve already had the pleasure of experiencing it twice and it was just as impressive the second time. Each dish feels thoughtfully crafted, balancing creativity with a deep respect for local flavors. The service is equally exceptional. The staff is consistently attentive, warm, and highly professional. They take special care to accommodate individual circumstances, such as allergies, with great precision and attention to detail, which adds an extra layer of comfort to the entire experience especially for other people at our table. All in all, this is a place that continues to exceed expectations and remains truly memorable with every visit.
