What Quinten Ortiz doesn't like about Seafood Grill Station:
I love seafood. All my friends and family knows this but when I’m in a food-court, I kind of hesitate as I am unsure if it was fresh and was cooked the way I wanted. When I saw Seafood Grill in SM Manila having so many people queue up, I thought I should give them a try. There were lots of seafood from shrimp to fish and mussels and more. You can choose whether you wanted fried, with soup or even kilawin. View all feedback.
1. Place is not clean. Lots of flies and cockroaches. I saw a fly in the drinking water in the jug and a cockroach in the plate holder. Then, the ice bucket, I don 't understand the contents (some spilled juice, some grains of rice, some fallen side dishes). I asked them to check the ice bucket because it was a little dirty and refill it. Then the service crew did it, they just added ice cubes, it doesn 't matter what 's on the bottom, it 's still dirty. 2. Food is not fresh. The meat and seafoods are like a week old. 3. Service crew is not willing to assist you. We calmly asked, Is this the beef plain? Can we order it again? (because we think he 's plain pork) then replied vague words. Overall, not worth the price. 599 is a joke, the samgyupan in our corner seems to be more delicious, clean and fresh meat at 299 each. i will not recommend this samgyup resto. waste of money. will never go back again. should 've read reviews otherwise it 's too late
For me, the 599 5% service charge is a waste from my experience here. This is by far the worst eat all you can with hot pot I've ever had. They know that they are good at marketing but not at service in reality. We were told that we could only eat salmon belly, lettuce and scallops. But to our dismay there were no soft drinks, egg rice and Shabu2x sauce. It's just disappointing that you will be forced to pay because they have already served food, but honestly we want to go home right away. The presentation of their samgyup meats is also different. In the pictures, the meat is still rolled, but when you gave it to us, it was from the market. Just cut it and put it on the plate. They are also slow to refill food. Everything is almost poor.
Please don't dine here if you don't want to put your 599 to waste. I should've checked the reviews first before dining here. No salmon and lettuce when we went there. Most of the sauces were unavailable. Although the servers were attentive, they served us spoiled kimchi. It wasn't just me who complained about the kimchi so I know I wasn't making that up. The cheese is too sweet and the texture is like a paste. Generally, their food is ordinary. Now I realized why the servers were shouting outside their restaurant just to get customers.
Very Satisfied kami for it's price! Good food, good place and nice staffs. Kudos Seafood Paradise SM Manila! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Not fresh, especially the mussel. The only thing that is acceptable is the lechon Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱600–800
