After an abrasive interaction with one of the employees,... read more The staff at this restaurant struggles to make drinks to order, but that’s not even the biggest issue. After an abrasive interaction with one of the employees, who insisted that I had ordered incorrectly, they agreed to remake my drink. However, when she delivered a noticeably different drink alongside the watery one she claimed was correct, she told me I could go elsewhere if I wasn't satisfied. It's surprising to find that adding cream and vanilla flavoring to coffee can be such a challenge, especially since this has happened three times this week. On the bright side, Turfway Dunkin' Donuts never seems to have this problem.

There were 3 employees by the counter I said hello, no response so I’m like ok they must be busy so I looked at the cups for a minute then went back to the counter said good morning. Again no response from any of them at this point I was annoyed so I said hi one more time, NOTHING nobody even acknowledged I was there so I said nevermind and went to the Taylor mill location where I received EXCELLENT service!!! I will never return to this location and I’ll make sure to warn others of how rude the employees at this location are!!

The past... read more Just stopped for a cup of coffee. As a general rule I wish all restaurants would spend 5-10 minutes each hour and clean the glass at your front doors. The past few food and beverage places I've been to, the front doors look horrible.
