El Ocho Loco - Erlanger

This is really a cool little hole in the wall type of space. In the last 20 years I have seen that many companies try not to remain open in this room. But a few years ago, I saw the room was a new Mexican restaurant. And three years later they are still there and flowering. The food is delicious and the service was fast. The staff was also friendly. It is a place you want to check if you want to try some authentic Mexican food. 5 stars for them, and it is nice to see how successful they have been!

I absolutely adored this restaurant. My family and I received fast service and delicious food. While the exterior might not be anything special, the main interior is small and a bit dull. However, the larger room to the left is truly charming. Don't let appearances deceive you. Give it a chance and you'll be glad you did. Overall, I give the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

Best tacos in NKY!! You have GOT to get here to El Ocho Loco! Legit street tacos, soooo tasty! The queso is homemade and wonderfully done. We also had the steak quesadillas and they were outta this world. Their street taco sauce, also homemade, was probably the best I've ever had...and I'm a born and raised Texican. I consider myself a connoisseur and aficionado when it comes to Mexican food. When you pull up to the restaurant, do not be deterred! Yes, it's right next to a gas station but this is its own restaurant with plenty of seating to the left as you walk in the front door. Our server, Mike, was extremely friendly and even whipped up an amazing 32oz Peach Margarita on the rocks...yes...THIRTY OUNCES!!!¡SALÚD, AMIGOS!

First time visiting. I got two steak tacos and two pork tacos. I really enjoyed the steak tacos. The pork tacos were OK. The meat was thicker than I was used to. Overall, I would visit this place again I would like to try some other things on the menu. I did order a tres leches cake that I didn’t receive. I was disappointed by this, but I didn’t notice till i was already gone. Also, this place is pretty popular on DoorDash and they have seating inside as well as a patio area.

If your looking for a fun relaxing but quick lunch break.....THIS IS ITTTTTTT!!!!!I don't know how one can turn a closet into a super tasty, well serviced, great atmosphere, restaurant!! But let me tell ya, it can be done and here's the proof. Not much room. It's definitely meant to be more of a order and pick up with no dining. But they turn their patio into a bar with additional seating. And it made a world of difference. The food here is amazing....... Let me repeat that,the food here is ....... AMAZING!!! Very nice people. Great for work lunch. Enough time to eat and get back to work but at the same time you get to experience sitting down relaxing and maybe having tall cold mid day boost( sorry I hope my employer isn't reading this ? would highly recommendWheelchair accessibility: Yes. But wouldn't recommend. Very close quarters.... But possible
