Tim Hortons - Erie

We went to grab some donut holes and Icecaps, but our experience was quite disappointing. There were several staff members inside, yet none of them acknowledged us. After a while, I mentioned that no one had spoken to us, and the manager finally came over to let us know they had very few donuts left. They didn’t ask for our order or anything else, which was frustrating. I inquired about their closing time, and they said it was 10 p.m., even though it was only 4:30 p.m. When nobody offered further assistance, I decided to say that we would look for a place with better customer service, and they seemed indifferent to our departure. Incidents like this tarnish the reputation of all Tim Hortons locations. We visit this area once a year and always look forward to getting donuts, but now we are thinking about trying a different location or even switching to Dunkin’ since it's nearby. Extremely disappointed!

The speed of service can be a bit inconsistent, but overall, the service is quite good. The quality of the food is always reliable and delicious.

There are quite a few inconsistencies, and they tend to run out of menu items early in the day. However, the location is convenient, and the staff is friendly. I'd like to see some improvements, but it feels like things are generally declining these days.

I'm not the one to give bad reviews but honestly look ... Come on now this is unacceptable I'm sure the employees themselves won't eat this if this happen to them. I didn't want to go back an tell them because my temper would of went from 0-100 real quick . ???????

There were fruit fly's on the donuts. Told 2 employees about it. They said yea we know. We have a problem with them. They just kept on reaching in and filling orders like nothing was wrong.
