The delivery person brought my pizzas to the wrong address. It took three hours after I placed my order. The driver, who was with DoorDash, was unprofessional and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. View all feedback.
The food is excellent, and while some items are slightly overpriced, most dishes are definitely worth the cost.
The pizza was overwhelmed with BBQ sauce to the point where I couldn't taste anything else. They also forgot the sauce I paid for. I couldn't even finish it because it wasn't cut all the way through. When I tried to lift a slice, everything just slid off like a BBQ mudslide. I even took pictures to document it.
The boneless BBQ wings I ordered looked nothing like the pictures; they were basically just chicken nuggets.

Our family loves their pizza! We try to order from Papa John's at least once a month, but it's tough since we live a bit out past Northeast. It would be great if they could open a location in Northeast. Aside from the drive, their pizza is amazing—it's just perfect! Food: 5/5
