Service not great... read more Been going here for 4 years this was our 1st visit since the pandemic. Seems to be lots taken off the menu, no milkshakes or desserts anymore. Service not great, couldn’t be bothered to explain the 2-4-1 was only on one item, seemed to be more interested in chatting to her mates, if we come to Loughton again would probably go to Caribbean cafe down the road, better atmosphere tbh more pleasant, sorry

Very annoyed tried calling them but they didn’t pick up.
