Wendy's - Epping

This Wendy is one of the best Wendy's in New England. And I would have rated 5 stars. . If it is open!!! Unfortunately I came a bit too early there, actually very early and they were not yet open. But that was my own fault, and I had to work earlier. But I have been there many times, the staff is great, the food is not only good, it is excellent. The help is very friendly and courteous and the restaurant is always clean. The bathrooms are very clean. This is no easy thing to say about fast food chains. Usually the bathrooms at most other places oh, well, you would prefer to keep it and wait to go home. Try these Wendy's if you are really in good burgers, great people end fantastic chili. And you have to try their new frits. Those of the French fries that hit the clowns Frys. And that says a lot about how good they are. *You will not regret it....

The person who greeted and served us with this Wendys was so outraged and positive. It is really GREAT to see someone who takes care of the customer experience and takes great pride on his job.

Unfortunately the dinning room was closed when we walked in, but we were greeted with smiles. I had a special request and even though they were very busy and training new staff, they not only accommodated me, but came up with a better solution. Hats off to the manager and staff! They were really busy and understaffed and had signs saying so. My food came quickly and was hot. They all deserve raises!
