I order an iced latte with liquid cane sugar toasted almond flavoring, and they never put it or the flavoring. It?s been like 5 times this has happened lol. It?s annoying because the dunks near me isclosed for renovations, so this is my only other option that?s relatively close

You’ll see a lot of young, inexperienced employees handling their first jobs. They’re often understaffed and overwhelmed by the crowd. Social skills may be a bit lacking, but you will get your coffee. It’s not entirely their fault – it is what it is.

Unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor during each of my visits, and tonight was the final straw. I arrived at 7:30 PM, and despite the fact that they close at 10 PM, the oven had already been turned off. When I pointed out that it seemed strange for the oven to be off so early, one of the staff members replied, "It's kind of weird that you complain all the time." To make matters worse, as I was driving away, I saw her make an offensive gesture towards me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I believe she should be let go. It's evident that she has no respect for the customers and is solely focused on herself.
