Occasionally a dish was served by kitchen staff, which we thought was a real addition. This way you get to know the people who prepare the dishes for you! Furthermore, the flavors were very special. A delicious matching wine was served with each dish. We thought the half glass arrangement was ideal! Fizzy is definitely recommended!
