Unfortuna... read more We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the seafood gumbo, which was supposed to include a Caesar salad and a French baguette. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad arrived without any dressing, and I did not receive the baguette at all. The gumbo itself was lacking both crawfish and crab; I only found a tiny crab claw shell. When I asked the server if the gumbo was supposed to have crab, he told me, "It shouldn’t." After checking the menu again, I confirmed that it indeed listed "crab" as an ingredient. Additionally, the gumbo was excessively salty, and the missing baguette would have helped balance the flavor. Other members of my group also had issues: their sodas were watered down, a medium-well burger came out charred black, and we ordered sweet potato fries but received regular fries instead. Overall, this experience was quite unsatisfactory, and we won't be returning.

I ordered the seafood gumbo which comes with the Cesar salad and French baguette the Cesar was missing the dressing and I did not get the baguette my seafood gumbo was missing the crawfish and crab (I did get 1 tiny crab claw shell I then asked the server if the gumbo was supposed to have crab and he responded “it shouldn’t” I later checked the menu again and sure enough it said “crab” on there. It was also VERY salty and the baguette would have made it more bearable (if I had one! Some of the others from the group had other issues I’d like to share The sodas were watered down, the medium well burger came charred black. We ordered sweet potato fries and got regular fries instead, needless to say we won’t be back!

Their mouth-watering burgers, tasty appetizers (I particularly love the Cordon Chicken Bites), and skillfully prepared drinks all merit a well-deserved 5-star rating. I’m certain I'll be a loyal customer for many years ahead!

Absolutely enjoyed my last several visits to Jackson’s. They were even dog friendly when I had my dog with me on the patio. We visited this restaurant on a particularly busy night when Enumclaw was lively. We added our name to the waiting list and were informed that they were short-s... read more We visited this restaurant on a particularly busy night when Enumclaw was lively. We added our name to the waiting list and were informed that they were short-staffed, which might lead to a delay. After half an hour, we returned and were seated. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, and the entire staff was working hard. The food was fantastic; we enjoyed a variety of dishes including cocktails, wine, appetizers, salads, salmon, steak, and vegetables. Our water glasses were consistently refilled as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially given the staffing challenges they faced. A big thank you to the staff for providing us with such a great dining experience—we will definitely be back!

The drinks were also overpriced for their portion sizes. The only highlight of the meal was the dessert, which was the only part worthy of praise. Additionally, the waitstaff had to make multiple trips to bring items that were forgotten. We won't be coming back!
