We visited this restaurant with our young children and were initially a bit concerned that it might not be family-friendly, but we were pleasantly surprised! We were warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress and enjoyed one of our favorite meals. The upper floor is lovely, and the joyful sounds of Irish music create a wonderful atmosphere. While the food was delightful, the service left much to be desired. We encountered some regular patrons who, displaying hostility towards those of English descent, made us feel uncomfortable both verbally and physically. This unfortunate situation forced us to leave earlier than planned and prompted us to contact the local Garda. The service is fantastic and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. she took the time to explain some local dishes and drinks. the atmosphere with live music was excellent. eating was good, especially the lamb stew.
Wow what a great evening!! Massive thank you to chef Connor and team on a fantastic Fathers Day evening. The food was an unreal, delicious, belly busting feast!! From the surf turf, fish and chip, vol au vents,steak sandwich and peppered chicken to the brownies and sticky toffee pudding it was out of this world!! We were even eyeing up the table near us with their fab looking sticky ribs if only we had spare bellies left
Something for everyone, great portions of great food. The ribs are Something else, amazing food! Would definitely be back!
This is a lovely gastro bar in the heart of Ennis with excellent food and friendly staff It’s also a great place for traditional music.
Absolutely fabulous place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Super tasty food in good prices. I will definitely come back there .
