Bengal Bertie's Palmers Green - Enfield

This restaurant is absolutely stunning. The service is exceptional, the decor is charming, and the food is delightful. It is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in my area. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly. Discovering that we could still order takeout from them during lockdown brought a ray of sunshine back into our lives.

I ordered from this restaurant tonight through Uber Eats after having taken out from here several times before. After waiting for over an hour for my food, I decided to call Bengal Bertie's to get an update. The man who answered the phone was very unpleasant when I asked about my order, saying that there is no tracking and calling my questions 'stupid'. He then shouted at me and said he would give me 'stupid answers'. When I asked why he was being rude, he continued to shout and claimed my food had left 20 minutes ago due to 'weather conditions', despite me living only 5-10 minutes away and the roads being clear. After calling for an update and receiving more shouting, my order was suddenly canceled. When I called back to inquire, I was told they had many other customers waiting and that's why my order was canceled. The customer service skills of the person answering the phone were appalling, and as a result, we will not be ordering from Bengal Bertie's in the future. Extremely disappointed.

Great food, friendly service and staff! Highly recommend either for dine in or for take away!

Been visiting the establishment for years. Food is awesome, the manager is an extremely cool guy and is by far the best Indian food you will get inside N13. Would recommend!
