Chipotle - Enfield
Chipotle
Description
The Enfield branch of Chipotle has garnered a reputation for subpar service and inadequate portion sizes, leaving diners frustrated and unsatisfied. Customers report receiving shockingly small amounts of rice and meat, often requiring multiple requests for adequate servings. Many note a concerning lack of fresh ingredients, such as sour cream and lettuce, even during peak hours. Beyond the uneven portioning, the staff's indifference and unfriendly demeanor have compounded the disappointment. Regrettably, for patrons eager for a satisfying meal, this location has proven to be an unfortunate anomaly within the Chipotle chain.

Worst Chipotle experience ever. There were 2 people working and 7 employees behind the wall and walking around aimlessly while the line was out the door. Took us 45 minutes to get the food when there was only 8 people in front of us when we walked in. There was a very tall and large gentleman behind the counter cleaning the floor being extremely rude to the employees and saying nasty things while customers were in line and ordering. Horrible experience, would NEVER return here in a million years.
The food is fresh and tasty, but they often run out of items in the evening. The staff seems to be quite slow and often more focused on having fun than on serving customers during nighttime. I really wish I could order the queen dish in the restaurant instead of just online!
I've never had such an absurd experience at a Chipotle before. It's surprising that they have the same rating for more than two-thirds of their dishes, which are supposed to feed one person, and yet they still manage to deliver. It's a strange situation; I suggest ordering in person to avoid any mix-ups.
I have to say that this particular Chipotle location is a huge disappointment when it comes to portion sizes. The first time I brought a friend who had never tried Chipotle before, we were both shocked by how little food we received. I wouldn’t even call it half of a normal portion—more like a quarter. I was taken aback. Later on, I thought I’d give it another shot, assuming it was just an off day, but unfortunately, it was the same situation! The portions were still tiny. You spend $20 and end up hungry. I've never encountered this issue at any other Chipotle, even in the northeastern U.S. I truly wouldn't recommend coming here! In fact, I’ve had disappointing experiences at several restaurants in Enfield. One time, the Panera in Enfield messed up my order so badly that I had to call and complain, which resulted in me receiving a few $10 “customer care” coupons in the app just to make up for it. I’m done ordering anything in the Enfield area!
Disappointed, this location used to be delicious before but now it's just going downhill. The chips I recieved was mixed with SEVERELY stale and okay. This tells me that the chips most likely aren't changed and left out since the air makes chips stale. Plus, all the salt was at the bottom even after I shook it. One of my burritos had a huge piece of onion in it when i didn't order that expecially since i'm allergic to onions. The rest of my order was fine despite the WHOLE order being cold. I don't know what has happened to this location but for food that i didn't order to be in the food that i did order multiple times is very messy and rushy. customers would prefer the food to be made neatly and late than messy and quick. Hopefully this gets fixed soon but until then I wont be eating here anytime soon.
