we were received before we were in us, by a very pleasant host who opened the door. we sat right away with menus. less than a minute later our host came with a basket of frits and 2 glass water. the order has been made in no time. the salmon was perfectly cooked and was moist and tasty. the hamburger was delicious and I added the garlic mayo. Food was ok, but not great. Orders weren’t completely accurate. Service was poor, hard to tell of overtasked or just normal service. No drink refills. Long wait for check. Very loud and oddly busy for 3pm on a Saturday View all feedback.
This restaurant is always bustling with customers. The food is average, but one of the advantages of a chain restaurant is consistency across locations. The staff can sometimes appear overwhelmed and it reflects in their service.
Our family loves going here every weekend! Staff is always quick and efficient, food is always satisfying, fries are always fresh. Ive never had a problem with any of the burgers. They all taste great. I usually go for the scorpion burger. Super tasty, just the right spice. Best sweet potato fries around. Best honey mustard around. Heck Best dipping sauces all around! I honestly have nothing negative to say!
Still great food after all these years. Tasty and filling, friendly staff with excellent service, good sized portions. Recently redecorated. Still delicious excellent service!
We adore Jes and Fred. Their customer service is excellent and attentive. The atmosphere in Enfield Ct is always great. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. Jes is truly the best waitress we've ever had.
