I would have left if I hadn't been picking up for DoorDash.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two items for delivery, but when my order arrived, one item was missing. When I contacted... read more I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two items for delivery, but when my order arrived, one item was missing. When I contacted the restaurant, they informed me that the second item wasn't being prepared at that time. They suggested I reach out to the third-party delivery service, claiming that they had incorrectly listed the item on their menu. There was no apology or any notification that the item was unavailable, yet I was still charged for it. When I voiced my concerns, I was quickly connected to the manager or owner, who offered me a refund or the missing item along with a gift card if I came to the restaurant. While the manager was polite and apologized, I could hear him snickering during our conversation, which was quite off-putting. Overall, this was not a positive customer service experience with this establishment.
