Each table has a selection of sauces available to enhance the dishes; my personal favorite is the fish sauce. Service has significantly improved. While there were minor hiccups during busy times in the past—like when the servers forgot to place my mother’s order or spilled water on our table while refilling glasses—the staff have always made up for it with their kindness. On both occasions, they graciously picked up the bill, which I consider outstanding service. The restaurant isn’t a formal dining establishment, making it perfect for a quick meal rather than a romantic dinner or a business meeting. It's a great spot for a casual outing with friends or family, featuring indoor seating with no outdoor options. Waitstaff take orders at the table and serve the food promptly, usually within five minutes during off-peak hours and about ten minutes when busy. The ambiance can be a bit loud, especially with two large flat-screen TVs showing sports games, but overall, it offers an excellent value. The food is good, service is solid, and Pho-Ever definitely has my seal of approval.
