Unfortunately, I found that the noodles were moldy. I didn't notice this until I got home, and I believe moldy food should be discarded rather than prepared for serving. This raises concerns about customer safety—is it worth the risk of making someone sick? I'm hesitant about returning in the future.

The café itself is quite nice, featuring a friendly receptionist/waitress. They offer bar seating, outdoor tables, and indoor dining. The dishes come in elegant black bowls and plates. I opted for the classic #1 large bowl, which was priced at $9 and didn't disappoint.

Given the hefty price per bowl, and the name of the establishment, this should be improved upon. Bahn mi(Sandwich) w beef 4.5 5 Great smoky bbq flavored beef, hearty veggies and very good all around sandwich. No complaintshere. Service was very good, 4.5 5 Ambiance was better than expected 4 5 Overall 4 5 Good, and could be great with minortweaks to food quality pricing.
