What tracy Dixon doesn't like about China Dragon:
The food was very good. However I am astounded of the upkeep of the restaurant. It could have been a lot cleaner. There was a couple that was there when we walked in and from the time they left to when we left, trash stayed on the table. When we left, I really had to use the restroom but took one look and walked right out. Nasty is not even the word for it. I can not believe they would not keep a bathroom clean espec... The portion size is great. Flavors are amazing. My family travels 45 min just for this.
Hot sour soup is delish! I especially like the meifun as well, never disappointed!
I placed a Door Dash order for pickup, and showed up on time to pick it up. The doors were locked and the lights were off. I called several times before someone picked up. He said it's going to be a few days before my refund gets to my bank. Not cool.
Fast and good food for the price. Lunch special is really good.
I love Hagaya Ramen but today I wanted to try something different. So I checked into China Dragon... won 't make that mistake again. I dont typically leave poor reviews but something has to change. I ordered the House Special Sizzling, it was... ok. But for $13.50 not nearly good enough. Had good options for meat and vegetables in it but they were all pretty bland, the sauce did not stick to the food enough to add that much extra flavor. It was to my surprise served on a paper plate, with a styrofoam bowl of rice and cup of water. Now honestly i eat off a paper plate at home so really didnt notice until halfway through. But $13.50 for a paper plate feels downright disrespectful. The dining area is very boring but comfortable. Its what I would expect in a low spec buffet. I understand that this isn 't supposed to be high end eating, but if you want a low spec atmosphere with fast food like service, then the pricing severely needs adjusted. I would like to come back and try a lunch special or appetizers sometime but honestly this just feels like a typical buffet without the all you can eat and multitude of variety.
