Starbucks - Emeryville

I went into Starbucks at this location to take my 82 yr old mother to the restroom before buying six people coffees and snacks on our way to the Bay Area . Their bathroom closed sign was up I asked how much longer the barista looked at me and said I don't know we don't have time to clean it!!!!!!! Are you kidding me???????? You should be required as a business that serves food and drinks to have a clean and working restroom heck I would have cleaned but this was an unacceptable answer

I did a mobile order for a latte and egg sausage sandwich. Drinks and foods are coming out very slow. When you ask questions, they just ignore you.

The manager here is amazing. Staff turnover is ridiculous due to the pandemic and nobody wanting to work just wanting to get paid. Get the manager keeps the place clean and running and orders getting out the door as fast possible.

Horrible location. Service was awful, clerk didn't even look up and started helping from the opposite end of the line, so we were completely skipped. I went to the restroom, NO toilet paper, NO paper towels, NO seat covers. I told the other female helper when I got out and she told me they were closing the bathroom and acted as though she did not care. We will NEVER return to this Starbucks. EVERRRRRR

Precovid this was sweet place. Now staff rude and given they are consumed in their own stuff, asking basic question is an intrusion. Pete’s around corner still rocks with awesome staff.
