Every thing about subway store was clean and fresh enjoyed the pork subway and the atmosphere there will go again for lunch

Called in for an healthy light meal. Got exactly that. Fresh, tasty and very enjoyable Very helpful service, quick and professional. Would definitely use again
Kim toasted my bread only half time, so it was too soggy and the cheese had not melted, so had to ask for the normal toasting time. He also served my footlong with only 4 (instead of 6) slices of roast beef, so he gave less than the standard value. And Subway Emerald charges 10% more than other rural Subways. When I asked for 6 slices of roast beef, he simply looked at me as if I was crazy. When I kept insisting that these 4 slices were 2 less than the Subway standard serve, he answered that he “had run out of roast beef”. So I just looked at him, waited and finally had to ask him to get some more roast beef from the storage fridge. Which he finally did, which means he was simply lying and cheating me.He also gave less lettuce, beetroot and gurken, so I had to ask for more again. When I asked him to put the olives on one half size only, he responded with that they refuse to work this way, that if I want 2 different halves, I should not take a footlong. He even had a A04 copy attached to the counter cover stating the same thing. And I had not even asked for halves, I just did not want olives on the whole Footlong. So you can see why I wasn’t happy at all ! Trying to save money by giving the customer less and charging more is less value for money and not what the Subway franchising business is supposed to be………
