L asked for my meal to be cooked fresh and got snapped at by the Manager in Melbourne if you ask for your meal fresh then you are politely told there will be a wait its not an unusual request in the city but obviously is in the country ... very expensive compared to prices in Victoria
The food was disgraceful. My husbands burger was dripping in fat and just thrown into the box, my 9 year old sons burger fell apart and his comment was "this is what they serve up for $53:00." One staff member was loud and swearing behind the counter while we ate and another staff member had to pull her up not once but twice stating to stop the language as there were children on the premises. I had a 9 yo, 8yo and 5yo. We we left this same rude staff member pulled faces at me behind my back. How did I know my 8yo son told me as he was getting into the car with his father while I took my daughter to the toilet. I had just been to a close family funeral, driven 5 hours wanted some dinner to face the next 5 hours of my drive. Will NEVER go to this Maccas again.
Good clean facilities, open early to enable the first cup of coffee to be taken on the road with you when you leave early.
