What User doesn't like about Emerald Star Hotel Bistro:
DONT ORDER THE RIBS omg they were disgusting couldnt eat them the chips were cold n stale they were replaced with a 1/4 of a bowl ribs weren't refunded all they offered us was a free drink of beer ... very poor View all feedback.
Spring rolls were delicious. The cocktail was delicious. Salad and chips were nice, but unfortunately, 2 of my fish pieces were boiled over.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The premises are also very clean. Meals were delicious and a decent size, value for money. Didn't have to wait long for food.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Great little playground for the kids to be entertaining. Cheap beer and good size meals.
I went for the special Rump & Ribs for $24.95. Rump was on the tough and chewy side, the ribs were tiny little sticks with nothing much on them.
Great value & fantastic meal, friendly staff... One of the best meals we've had in Queensland and the staff were exceptional!
