Fresh ingredients and well presented. Staff helpful and pleasant. Varied menu. Ambience was pleasant, the mural around the walls is interesting. Very satisfied.

After a long day on the road I was looking forward to a restful stay over and a pleasant meal.Being in 'cattle country', I ordered a steak in the motel restaurant and was bitterly disappointed with the offering. It was possibly the worst cut of meat that I have ever been served in a restaurant, anywhere. The pepper sauce was a sprinkle of black pepper in a thimbl of Worcestershire sauce. A thoroughly poor show! The accompanying salad was a disgrace.

I found the menu disappointing. there were no vegetarian options. I asked if anything was available that wasn't on the menu and was told that "possibly the chef could make something"I reluctantly ordered some fish, not normally eating seafood or meat, which was very nice (despite 3 bones I removed). My husband enjoyed his steak.So unfortunately I wont dine here again, unless they get a new menu which caters for people that don't eat meat or fish.

Yes the building is a little old but well maintained. The owners are back & making a real difference. All staff are good the new Chef really has a passion my partner loves steak & was very happy with a great steak my meal was also great desserts yum

Had a great night & good food. This restaurant is back to it's old standards. The staff are friendly and helpful the meals are to big if anything.
