We stopped by for lunch and got a Kebab and some chips. It was priced well and the food was fresh and nice The chips were also chipped well, not heaps of oil...but nice and soft in the middle View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Emerald Kebab House and Woodfire Pizza:
1 bad performance after new owner tried not to answer for more than 45 min. they said they had no Piza base. sont answering phone bad if I wanted kebab instead. 2 times in person to visit as no. Believe in phone service order piza and chips tells 25 min wait all cool, sat in car went to collect piza and chips had blown in hot box for 15 mins chips soggy piza over loaded poor basic and tomatensauce over top of piza asked for tomatenbasis. cant really say I will try again. Maybe the kebabs are still good. so bad was a big business before new management.
Terrible experience today! Ordered a small kebab $10.20) with tabouli added. I was charged $12.20. On the price board, the tabouli is clearly advertised as $1 extra. When I went back to the owner and said that I had been overcharged, she said that I...had paid the right price of $1.50 for tabouli and 50c credit card surcharge. I pointed out that tabouli was only $1 extra on her board. She said not to look at the board because her prices had changed and she had charged me accordingly. I informed her that legally she wasn't allowed to do that because she was not being transparent with her pricing. At this point, she very rudely turned away from me, saying that her prices had changed and then started talking to her staff very loudly about being a small business owner as if that gave her the right to charge extra without it being reflected in her pricing. In all honesty, the food is mediocre at best and it's not worth it to put up with her appalling attitude. Surely that 50c extra was not worth losing a customer. I will never return to this place and I urge others to really tthinkhink about coming here.

Quick it wasn't. I expect to have to wait for a wood.oven pizza, but 45 mins was more than I expected. The kebab was quite small, but very good. Big eaters need not apply! The pizza too I asked for a small but...the 18yr old it was for almost had a fit nowhere near what he was expecting! The box was 2 sizes too big for the contents very deceptive. Mutiny nearly erupted. He needed to finish off with a cold chicken leg! But the quality of both offerings was good would have again!
Great customer service and really tasty chicken kebab with cheese, mushroom, carrot, salat, tomato and wobble and garlic sauce. will come back in any case!
Friends and I had too many drinks and nothing beats a fat kebab to eat after a big night. the new owners are much more friendly and more vibe around.
