I?m so shocked this place hasn?t had new workers, I go here a lot in hopes things get better and the pretzels are always so burnt they?re like a brick for all that I can drive to north Olmsted. And the workers don?t even say hi when you walk up toorder.

I came in to get a bucket of the mini pretzel dogs and instead of a customer friendly talk. The person said ?That would take me an hour? didn?t give me an alternative way or to see if I would come back in an hour. Guess I don?t need to come back here everagain!

My son and I visited the pretzel shop located inside the Walmart in Elyria around 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, no one greeted us, and both employees seemed preoccupied with counting money. When my son approached, one of the workers rudely informed us that they were closed. I was taken aback, as I’ve never encountered a store within another store closing in the middle of the day. The staff has always been unwelcoming, making it feel like a bother to them when customers seek assistance. I plan to contact corporate to express my concerns about the service and the attitudes of the employees. Additionally, I enjoy writing reviews and have a decent following on Google.

I really enjoy the pretzels here, but the customer service is incredibly disappointing! I haven't returned because I can never seem to get assistance from the younger employees. If they’re not facing me, they won’t even acknowledge my presence with a simple “one moment” or anything. I attempted to call for help after being ignored, but when I walked over, I still didn’t receive any assistance. They ask for tips when they ring you up, yet they treat you poorly. It’s quite disheartening. Management really needs to address this issue with their staff.

Thank you for the wonderful service, Kyla! You really went above and beyond, and it was truly appreciated. All the staff at this location are incredibly helpful and friendly. I've been going through a tough time lately, and meeting such kind people here has reminded me that everything will be okay. Thank you so much!
