I visited the drive-thru yesterday, September 28th, around 5:40 PM, desperately craving some coffee after a long day as an ICU provider. The staff could see I was having a rough time and hadn’t had any sleep. Even though I was having a bad day, their kindness made a huge difference. They accidentally made two coffees incorrectly and generously offered me both for free, plus they even covered the cost of my iced latte—all I had to pay for was my son’s donut. That small gesture was the only thing that brought me a smile that day. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt so moved by their kindness. After a tough night of losing patients and having to stay awake, I was on the verge of giving up, but their generosity brought me to tears. Apart from this experience, I have to say this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to—always fast, friendly, and efficient!
Waited over 30 min. In the drive through. Even heard some people who walked in say they was there for over 40 min. Smh. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts location ever!!!!!!!! Love coming here, but I swear it’s like I keep getting less and less coffee in my cup. I’m a mom and need all the caffeine I can lol so to constantly see that I’m not getting my cup full for what I’m paying is upsetting. I’m not saying fill it to where it’s overflowing but you can fill it more then this picture.. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
