staff often not smiling. but fast and competent. never any bad surprises with regard to our plate. always good little dishes like we'd do at home. you feel a little at home ... What Anonym dislikes about Pullman:
Regular client, I like to come and have a drink. That time we were my friends and I were drinking our second glass around noon. as we occupied two tables we have been, the term is weak, evicted because we do not eat on site despite having ordered a plate of fries. What is certain is that we will never come back again, that the sweater has lost very good customers and the ralph will have new ones. View all feedback.
One of the barman threatened my girlfriend and me because of having personal stuffs there. Avoid those criminal monkeys. A guy threatened a girl.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing as we were unable to get the attention of any waiters who were rude and unhelpful, likely due to our lack of French language skills. While the food was good, the beer tasted flat as if it had been poured from a dirty tap. The older waitress who served us added an extra euro to each item on our bill, which we only realized because we couldn't communicate effectively. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant if you are unable to speak French.
The staff are all extremely friendly, and the food is delicious. The value for the quality is top notch. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.
Parking space: Difficult to find parking
The menu was only available in French and… English (that the menu is in English too is fine and probably a must have near the EU quarter , but: no Dutch, no German (the two other official languages next to French in this country in the “heart of Europe” . Prices: highly exaggerated. The waitress only spoke broken English, result: she didn’t bring the dishes we ordered (and even showed her on the menu . Maybe it’s a nice place for “EU folks” only wanting to get drunk after “work”, missing out the nicer places in Brussels. But that’s okay as well, at least the prices there stay affordable.
