My daughter and I had lunch on November 6th at noon. The man who greeted us was fantastic. Immediately happy we were there. Two ladies were also working and the three were working so well together and all helped us. The wings were phenomenal! I have never had this level of perfection in my Thai Curry Wings!! It's sad that this location is a part of the chain that I have supported for so very long in so many states. The staff at this location doesn't seem fitting for this area and doesn't appear to be friendly at all. It's confusing. I'd rather not visit ever again and will try Metairie moving forward. The service here keeps getting worse every time I go. Went at 6:30 last night and waited for 10 minutes at the host stand while the hostess sat at the bar playing on her phone and 6 of the wait staff talked at the drink fountain the whole time. Walked out and got better service elsewhere.
Horrible experience. The staff was just talking among themselves was not attentive to us. The bartender didn’t know how to make a Parton margarita. The wait for the food was to long and the food came out cold and hard and they did not want to take it back or even off the bill
I got the triple cheese bacon with tots. The bartenders were great.
Their wings must come off of dwarf chickens. They are so small and the price is so high. Total not worth it.
Gift cards not redeemable online? What a scam. No wonder the company is going under.
