Very weird experience today. I didn't add a tip to my delivery, since I was going to tip with cash, but I got a call from someone at the store letting me know that I didn't tip and If i wanted to add one. Seemed a little rude about it as well. I don't know if this is a standard practice now but it seems really strange. What is the $6 delivery fee going to then if they feel the need to start calling customers?Horrible... View all feedback.

This is crazy. I go to Jimmy John's all the time and I always get the peppers on the side because I have sensory issues. But this location would not even allow me to pay for the FREE peppers to be put on the side because they refused because of management rules. That's insane. I will never come here again. It's freaking peppers. Yall crazy
