The Dig's food truck did my granddaughters wedding one month ago and the food was amazing considering there were a lot of people it didn't take long for the food. I am not real familiar with food trucks but if this is any indication of quality I will probably need to visit more. Thanks to Dig's staff again!!? View all feedback.
What James Thomas doesn't like about The Dig’s Food Truck:
$14 for the pork tonkatsu, not very busy, came pretty quick. Pork was overcooked/dark, either oil is old/dirty or just overfried. BBQ was okay, but then I began eating the fried rice and there's something very wrong with it. Sour, in bad way, almost like it was hanging out next to burnt styrofoam. Left an awful taste in my mouth. Cooked well, but all of the flavors were awful.

Found this great food truck at Little Fleet in Traverse City. Some of the best food out of a food truck we've had in a long time. Great service too.
Absolutely incredible bulgogi. I’ve been to Korea and had the authentic dish, this is the most accurate I’ve had since. Flew all the way from Cincinnati twice just to get it. Quick service, awesome atmosphere Ill definitely be coming back!
Got this after choosing a truck that let me down, did not disappoint
