Philly Connection - Feedback

This is not the same Philly Connection I use to get growing up.

Customer service and the food was poor. It was nothing like the Philly Connection I grew up on.

The food is great here. The problem I have is that when you call they never answer for orders. If they would fix this then a higher score is defiantly deserved.
