I placed an order on the kiosk and it took longer than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to and when I tried to tell someone I wanted a cup of water on the counter, nobody listened or even bothered coming to the counter while 5 more people lined up while 3 people left cause they couldn’t bother to come to the counter and see what’s going on, but besides that the food is pretty good just terrible service whatsoever View all feedback.
They not only forgot to bring my drink, but they also forgot to include the cheese on my quarter pounder. How does that even happen?
I have had multiple negative experiences with the employees at this restaurant. On one occasion in the morning in September, I found them to be lazy, ignorant, and rude. The Spanish employee was especially rude and lacked kindness. In October, during a dinner visit, she messed up our order for a macho frappe despite clear instructions. When we pointed out the mistake, she rolled her eyes and walked off with an attitude. This behavior continued during my most recent visit, with a clear display of racism towards white customers. The employees need to be replaced with a more respectful and competent crew. Respect for elders is a key value that they lack.
The guy who took my order kept rushing me to get my order together like he had something else better to do besides provide excellent customer service!! The guy who took my payment don’ t know if it’s the same person) took my money and threw the change in my hand. Once I confronted him about it he did not apologize and said that I was the one who dropped it… and to TOP IT ALL OFF they didn’t even get their order right!!!!!!! This is THE WORST FRANCHISE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Employee ignored the in-store customers and I had to repeatedly ask to get service but everything else was good. Very clean, food up to MacDonald's par.
The staff members are uninterested in providing prompt service to customers.
