I wouldn't have tipped if I knew they had the hidden tip. I will still do pickup but I will order it for there and then ask for a doggy bag. I also will not tip on future orders till I recouped my hidden togo charge and at least $4 off my $9 piece of lettuce.

Politely,ask and the waitress and kitchen make up any slips in the order.
