I love pizza. I have it at least once a week. This was my first experience with Pieology and I will probably come back a few times. The employee who helped me was friendly enough, but seemed bored. He sold me on getting the rising crust dough. The rising crust was just ok. I would not get it again. The sauce and toppings were very good. I have 2 locations that I patronize. I have food allergies so I order the custom crust and use the ingredients that I can use. At both locations the crust are always well done to burnt and the staff say it’s because it’s a special crust it cooks faster but if they don’t leave in oven the pizza won’t be done or center gooey?
