The management at Elizabethtown Restaurant really needs to address the declining conditions here—they seem to be getting worse each day. Although our food was excellent, it took an exceptionally long time to arrive. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and she apologized for the long wait; I believe this was only her second week on the job, and she did a great job despite the challenges. However, the restaurant itself is in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The music was too loud, and we could hear shouting and screaming from the kitchen, loud enough to drown out the music. A young bartender was yelling and cursing at his coworkers in a playful yet disrespectful manner. Additionally, there was a young woman—who I assume was the manager—sitting at the bar and not addressing the chaos, while she was occupied with her phone. It's no wonder they are losing customers. While the food is great, the overall atmosphere and customer experience are lacking. You could visibly see the frustration on our waitress's face as she tried to do her job amidst such disruptive coworkers. With an environment like this, it's hard to believe any server could thrive. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll return. It's a shame to see a great restaurant being spoiled by poor management and unprofessional behavior from staff. I cannot recommend dining here.

Our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The service was appalling, as our to-go order was not only incomplete and incorrect but also arrived 45 minutes late. It was nearly impossible to find a staff member who had a clear understanding of what was happening in the kitchen. The salad bar was unappealing, resembling a rundown restroom from the '80s; nothing there looked appetizing. To make matters worse, I witnessed a kitchen staff member having a meltdown in the parking lot and then engage in an argument with what appeared to be a manager. The whole situation felt chaotic and unprofessional. I took the time to email Ruby T's corporate office to share the details of our experience, mentioning that we spent $67.05 on a dinner that was late, cold, incomplete, and incorrect. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response regarding our situation. It feels as though they are reluctant to engage with dissatisfied customers, which is a clear indication that they have little concern for their patrons. It’s unfortunate, as this chain used to be a wonderful place to dine.

This Ruby Tuesday is fantastic! The salad bar is always great, and we really enjoyed the Ribeye Quesadilla. Our server, Brandy, provided outstanding and attentive service, which made the experience even better. For those looking for vegetarian options, the salad bar is excellent!

After having a rough day of travel, it was a blessing to walk into Ruby Tuesday and their comfortable atmosphere. CHASTITY helped us choose just the right dinner to suit our needs, and the delicious food was served hot and quickly. CHASTITY was cheerfully attentive and turned the tough day into a very pleasant experience. Thanks CHASTITY!

Should have walked right out when we saw how dirty the salad bar was. Food took an hour, came out wrong and looked horrible, pale undercooked fried, burnt grill scrape was included on our plates (gross). Staff was apologetic and did not charge us when we chose to refuse the food and went elsewhere. Very dirty and smelled bad.
