Contribute FeedbackDespite some problems with reservation and seating, the restaurant impressed some guests with its efficient app and good service. However, the limited options on the all-you-can-eat shrimp menu were disappointing. Overall, the experience varied from unsatisfactory to memorable, making it clear that the establishment has room for improvement in terms of customer service and menu offerings.
It was great that we did not have to wait but a few minutes because of open table.Food was good and server was attentive
Reservation at Checked in at Guests after us we being told minute wait. At I asked about our reservation. Supposedly she was getting ready to call us. At we were seated along with several parties that came in after us. Shrimp Alfredo was “watery” and the Admirals feast plate had quite a bit of grease on the plate. Less than appealing and will certainly not bother with open table app at this establishment again
Server was super slow and inattentive. Many times were out of stock
The app worked very good… We only had to wait about minutes after we arrived! Our waitress was so much fun and we enjoyed her! The only thing that I was disappointed in was the choices of the all you can eat shrimp… I really thought there would be more new ones… Which I love the older ones but I love to try the new ones
Great experience. food quality and service was excellent! will definitely be back.
