I frequently dine at this restaurant and have observed that their reviews do not accurately reflect the high quality of their food. What Brian McManus doesn't like about 3 Nopales Mexican Salvadorian 2:
It's a little hole in the wall place that seems very authentic. Unfortunately so authentic that they don't speak English especially well and the kids couldn't actually fing anything they wanted. We did try the pupusas which were very good. But the container of cabbage-like topping that was served with it was clearly WAAAY too much for just us. It seems like it likely went right back into the fridge to be served direc... View all feedback.

We stumbled upon 3 Nopales on our way to the airport when our original destination was closed. It may not have been 100% authentic, but the food was delicious, fast, and the staff was accommodating of our laughter. The chicken soup was good, the enchiladas were tasty, and although the guacamole was different from what I'm used to, it was still decent. I would definitely come back again.
This review primarily caters to those with a taste for Central American cuisine, specifically Salvadoran dishes, rather than Mexican food. While the food initially seems promising, it ultimately falls short of staying true to traditional flavors and presentation. For instance, the pupusas with "loroco" usually have this vegetable finely chopped to resemble green specks on the cheese. In this restaurant, however, the loroco is simply placed on top without being properly chopped. This deviation from tradition is visually disappointing and not in line with customary serving practices.
I came with high expectancy to eat mexican food. I ordered but then decided not to eat my food after seeing 1 worker going into the kitchen WITHOUT a mask and another standing near where my food was being prepared WITHOUT wearing a mask either. I am taking all Covid precautions for my health and others. Yet here they allowed people be less than 6 feet away without a face cover where my food was being prepared. I did pay for my order but definitely will not recommend after seeing their careless food preparation during Covid times
Very bad service seems that the lady nor save where this stop. Bad ...
