Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I've been here hundreds of times over the last 25 years mainly because it's next to the train station. The service is a lot faster since they introduced the touch screen ordering systems a few years ago. The food is average McDonald's food that you get at any McDonalds in Australia. The good thing about this McDonalds is it's 50 metres from the Elizabeth train and bus station.

This restaurant is absolutely awful. The food was cold and the burgers were squashed on top of the packaging. The triple cheeseburger was flat and unappetizing. The chicken nuggets were also cold. The extra bacon I paid for was not fresh and looked like it had been sitting out all day. To make matters worse, one of the employees had their mask half on, playing with their face and not washing their hands. When I called to complain, they took down my information and apologized, telling me to come in another day. However, when I arrived, they claimed they had not written anything down. After waiting 20 minutes to eat, I realized they had forgotten to include some of my food in the bag. I will never return to this place again - the food was inedible and the overall experience was terrible. I spent $75 and regretted every bite. Not satisfied at all.
