These guys are always on top of things here! Always friendly and respectful! Our food is always hot, fries always fresh. Des and Hoss are top notch with customer service. They see us coming and already have our drinks ready! You just can't beat that!!!
Employees were nice (I felt bad for them only two employees for the entire restaurant). My food was too salty for me we had the sausage egg biscuit
I love Hardee's. I really do. When I was a kid, I would get a certain burger that was removed from McDonald's menu. Well, going to Hardee's, if I get a 1/3 pound Angus burger, remove the mustard and cheese (I just don't like American cheese. The original burger had it), then it's a perfect copy of the Big N Tasty. But better, because the meat at Hardee's is better. Plus!! I can get curly fries! So yeah. Better here. Never had an issue ordering from here. Great restaurant.
It has the best food and drink the place is clean
Looked under staffed and took a little while to get my biscuits and gravy but they were absolutely delicious I love the biscuits from Hardee's. The staff was friendly and quick. This was the morning crew

The fries were cold once more. The food was just average, so I think I’ll be looking for a different fast food place.

Placed an order at the drive thru. When they repeated it back m, it was completely wrong. They said they would fix it at the window, but they didn't. All items were rang up individually instead of as a value meal. The total cost was 32$ instead of value meal at 22$. Watch your receipts.

I can't believe this is what they call food. It was the worst meal I've ever had. I ordered a Big Roast Beef and a chicken sandwich, but when I removed the bun from the sandwich, I could barely find any meat. The chicken was burnt and tasted terrible—my dog wouldn't even eat it!

We placed our order and received our meals after a 25-minute wait. Unfortunately, the fries we ordered as medium came out small and were not fresh. The burgers were also lukewarm. It's hard to say when, or if, we'll return. We had a similar experience about a month ago. My husband even went up to the counter after several customers who ordered after us received their meals, and they told him ours was next in line.
I really enjoy Hardee's, but recently they have been getting my orders wrong. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered two prime burger combos and when I got home, I discovered that neither had any cheddar cheese on them. Then, on October 16th, I ordered a roast beef sandwich with Swiss cheese, and again, when I got home, there was no cheese on it. I live in California, Missouri, so it's too far to go back just for this. Cheese isn’t cheap, and when I place an order, I expect it to be correct. Despite these issues, I still plan to go back because I love the food, but from now on, I’ll make sure to check my order before leaving.

We ordered our meals and waited 25 minutes for them to arrive. The fries were supposed to be medium and small, but they weren't fresh at all. The burgers were lukewarm as well. It's going to be a long time, if ever, before we return. This happened to us about a month ago, and my partner ended up going to the counter after several people who ordered after us received their meals. They told him that we were next in line.
I love Hardee's, but I've had some issues with my orders lately. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered two of the main burger combos and when I got home, I found that neither had cheddar cheese on them. Then, on October 16th, I stopped by to get the bratwurst sandwich with Swiss cheese, but I got home and there was no cheese on it. I really want to enjoy my meal properly, so I hope to order it again when I'm in California, MO.
The service was excellent, and there was no extra charge for adding two onion rings to the fries. Additionally, I could request a different type of burger if I didn't like the thick one that was originally served.
The service was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes and received no service. I will never go back again.
