At Hardee's, customer experiences have been mixed. While the allure of delicious burgers and unique sides remains, diners have reported multiple issues with order accuracy and meal quality. Instances of missing toppings, such as cheddar and Swiss cheese, marred the enjoyment of their products. Long wait times, up to 25 minutes, compounded frustrations, especially when meals arrived lukewarm and fries were not fresh. Despite these setbacks, many patrons express a loyalty to the brand, planning to return. With excellent service noted in some visits, there's hope that consistency will soon match the cherished flavors Hardee's is known for.

The service was excellent, and there was no extra charge for adding two onion rings to the fries. Additionally, I could request a different type of burger if I didn't like the thick one that was originally served.
The service was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes and received no service. I will never go back again.
I really enjoy Hardee's, but recently they have been getting my orders wrong. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered two prime burger combos and when I got home, I discovered that neither had any cheddar cheese on them. Then, on October 16th, I ordered a roast beef sandwich with Swiss cheese, and again, when I got home, there was no cheese on it. I live in California, Missouri, so it's too far to go back just for this. Cheese isn’t cheap, and when I place an order, I expect it to be correct. Despite these issues, I still plan to go back because I love the food, but from now on, I’ll make sure to check my order before leaving.
These guys are always on top of things here! Always friendly and respectful! Our food is always hot, fries always fresh. Des and Hoss are top notch with customer service. They see us coming and already have our drinks ready! You just can't beat that!!!
Employees were nice (I felt bad for them only two employees for the entire restaurant). My food was too salty for me we had the sausage egg biscuit
