Contribute Feedback What Elizabeth Loyd doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was very disappointed when I ordered a venti add whipped cream and whoever made my drink gave me about the amount that would have filled a grande. I don't know if it was because I asked to add the whipped cream but I paid for a venti and got significantly less liquid in my cup. This makes me not want to come in to this location again. For the most part, their drive-thru service is good. Food is good customer

Slowest drive through, have been sitting here for 20 mins with 4 cars infront of me! They need to put the fast workers in drive through window I know their drive thru timer must be crappy!
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and I also ordered it with extra caramel crunch. The crunch in the drink was bare minimum than just the regular order itself. There was only like 5 pieces of crunch like wtf??? I've been to other locations that actually put a decent amount.
There's an interesting fact that when getting a refill it has to be same store, the same Visit. I found out the hard way when. I purchased a tall coffee this morning and had to take a call for work. I ran home and was back within 45 minutes and they would NOT honor my free refill. This may seem like a small thing, a real-world problem but this is just drip coffee, something Starbucks dumps by the thousands of gallons per day. Oh, I buy coffee every single day, so I hope losing a customer over no refill was with it.
