When I went inside, the staff seemed rude and uninterested, as if it was my fault for being there or expecting menu items to be in stock. I get that they were busy—I’ve worked in the food industry myself—but the whole experience was disappointing. It had been years since my last visit to a Chipotle, and unfortunately, this was not a positive one. I even had to stand in a long line to get my order corrected. We opted for pickup to avoid going inside since we were out of state with three kids, but it still took much longer than expected.

On the bright side, t... read more The steak portion in the bowl at Chipotle Mexican Grill was somewhat small. Unfortunately, the register didn't accept Chipotle gift cards. On the bright side, the staff were courteous and the restaurant was clean. Cutlery was available, but no sauces were offered. We love Chipotle and consider it our comfort food because of its healthy menu options. However, they were out of Garlic Guajillo Steak, which has been our recent favorite. There is ample parking, and the location is very convenient.
